As a valued member of Marketing team your responsibilities will range from planning, implementing, analyzing and optimizing all promotion marketing activities including in-store displays, FSIs, dFSIs, Shelf Talk, review generation and sampling ensuring these down the funnel activations are in synch with overall brand strategies and goals. You will be leading continuous improvement across all these areas and looking for opportunities to drive increased sales lift for each class of trade. These responsibilities include some of the following: Restage Strategy Execution : Execute a comprehensive strategy for the brand restage, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends. Lead Commercialization Tasks: Oversee the commercialization process, including product launch readiness and distribution plans to ensure successful market entry and growth. Digital Commerce Content Updates: Manage and update digital commerce content to enhance online presence and consumer engagement, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and visual identity. Masterbrand Campaign Development: Assist in the development and execution of a cohesive masterbrand campaign, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and impact. Execute New Visual Brand Language (VBL): Support the implementation of new visual brand language across key consumer touchpoints, including shopper, advertising, and digital platforms, to ensure a unified brand experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as product development, sales, and creative to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives and alignment with brand goals. Media Strategy and Integration: Support the development, planning, and execution of media strategies, ensuring their seamless integration into the brand planning cycle to maximize reach and effectiveness.
