The Associate Brand Manager, Consumables & Accessories plays a key role in shaping and executing brand and product marketing initiatives that drive growth and brand desirability across the Frigidaire and Electrolux portfolios. This role partners cross‑functionally to bring products to market with compelling consumer‑led messaging, strong commercial readiness, and consistent brand execution across touchpoints. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative brand thinking and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in brand management, product marketing, or consumer marketing
  • Strong foundation in marketing fundamentals, brand positioning, and consumer behavior.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Support brand strategy development through consumer insights, competitive analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Lead day‑to‑day brand and product marketing activities, ensuring consistent messaging, claims, and packaging across all touchpoints.
  • Manage marketing deliverables and timelines for product launches in partnership with Brand Equity, Creative, Insights, Legal, and Product Line teams.
  • Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns by developing briefs, coordinating assets, and tracking performance.
  • Analyze brand, customer, and sales performance to inform decisions and optimize marketing execution.
  • Partner with Consumer Insights to define learning objectives, validate concepts, and translate insights into action.
  • Collaborate with agencies (creative, media, PR) to ensure high‑quality, on‑brand execution.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product Line teams to ensure brand alignment and commercial readiness.
