About The Position

Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities. The Associate Brand Manager will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional global and regional teams to implement brand strategies on iconic brands like Cadbury, Sour Patch Kids, and Maynards. The Associate Brand Manager will also support profit and loss management and future business development plans, including new product development. Ideal candidates will have strong collaboration, leadership, analytical skills and a drive for results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  • 1-2 Years Experience in Marketing or Brand Management
  • CPG experience is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans.
  • Provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance.
  • Develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.
  • Create solutions to real business challenges for your assigned brand team.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including product & packaging development, finance, and sales to execute key brand strategies and drive brand growth and profitability.
  • Commercialize product renovation and innovation projects on-time and on-budget.
  • Analyze sales data and consumer insights, working closely with your Insights & Analytics partner to identify risks and opportunities on your business.
  • Support all marketing activities including digital media, creator content, eCommerce, packaging, branding, and more.
  • Develop and execute marketing and innovation strategies, implement brand plans in conjunction with your Brand Team.
