Requirements

1+ years of experience in graphic design, brand strategy, or a related creative discipline.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment; comfortable navigating uncertainty.
Strong collaboration skills.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Report to the Brand Design Assoc. Manager of NACP and collaborate with other Design & Innovation team members (both in Marketing and in Design organizations) to effectively develop and iterate new brand designs and design strategies and product/service/experience ideas.
Draw on diverse perspectives to solve design problems and drive effective solutions.
Translate ideas into compelling visuals & graphics that communicate clearly.
Collaborate closely with others to get feedback to improve and evolve work.
Work collaboratively to build relationships and get things done through formal and informal channels.
