Associate Behavioral Health Care Manager

Colla Health
$50,000 - $60,000Remote

About The Position

Colla Health helps cancer patients improve their quality of life by providing behavioral healthcare as an extension of their medical treatment. Many cancer patients suffer from mental health conditions that go untreated, exacerbating their quality of life and worsening health outcomes. Colla Health aims to provide accessible behavioral health services embedded within oncology practices. They have developed a behavioral health services and technology company to support patients' mental health alongside their physical health treatment plans, initially deploying virtual mental health services using the Collaborative Care Model. This model will be scaled using technology, with a focus on value-based care outcomes. This role is for an entry-level behavioral health clinician who will deliver care to patients with cancer through the Collaborative Care Model. The Associate Behavioral Health Care Manager will act as a trusted advocate, providing targeted behavioral health support that integrates with the patient’s physical healthcare. They will serve as a bridge between the entire care team, including primary care providers and psychiatric consultants, to ensure a unified and compassionate care plan. With guidance from senior teammates, they will improve patient health and develop their clinical expertise. This is a fully remote, Monday-Friday position supporting partner practices, with a projected start date in August. This role is part of an evergreen hiring strategy to build a pipeline for ongoing and future opportunities.
