About The Position

The Associate supports Retirement operations within Genpact’s BCM vertical. The role handles routine transactions, validations, and exception processing in accordance with defined procedures, maintains accurate operational records, escalates issues to senior team members, and works with colleagues to meet deliverables and service standards. The Associate also participates in training and knowledge sharing, assists with user-perspective testing of minor system or process changes, and follows control guidelines to support compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
Proficient English language skills (C2).
Skills in Banking Capital Markets, Regulatory Reporting, Risk Management, and Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

Execute Retirement operations tasks accurately and in line with defined procedures.
Handle routine Retirement transactions, validations, and exception processing using basic domain knowledge.
Maintain process documentation and update trackers to ensure operational records are complete and accurate.
Escalate issues and exceptions to senior team members with relevant details and observations.
Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing forums to build domain expertise and stay updated on process changes.
Assist in testing and validating minor system or process changes from a user perspective.
Collaborate with team members to complete deliverables on time and meet service standards.
Follow control guidelines and report observed risks or deviations.
