About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by delivering welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create memorable experiences for clients. You contribute to branch success by building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. The position is for 20 hours at the Canby Branch in Canby, Oregon.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share relevant product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
