About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to support clients. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

This is a part-time position scheduled for 30 hours at the N. Main Rockford Branch in Rockford, Illinois.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide attentive, friendly service that makes them feel welcomed and cared for.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen to clients, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
