About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge, and help clients find solutions to support their financial goals. This position is part-time for 30 hours at the McHenry Branch in McHenry, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
