As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent the brand and culture with hospitality, using banking solutions and financial technology alongside friendly, attentive service. You will contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients by greeting them as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic with a tablet, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including use of the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
