As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent the brand and culture with hospitality, using banking solutions and financial technology alongside friendly, attentive service. You will contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences and building trusted relationships. You will share product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide attentive and friendly service, manage lobby traffic using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
