About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by creating welcoming, memorable experiences for clients. You combine current banking solutions and financial technology with friendly, attentive service, contribute to branch success, and build trusted relationships by sharing product knowledge and solutions that help clients pursue their financial goals. This is a part-time role listed as 20 hours, based at the Ocean City West branch in Ocean City, New Jersey. The position is for a new-build branch.

Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide friendly and attentive service, use a tablet to manage lobby traffic and check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including use of the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs, and other self-service options.
Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members to support clients' financial goals.
Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
