About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining attentive, welcoming service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by creating exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time role for 20 hours at the Lancaster Branch in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, a new-build location.

• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
