About The Position

Chase is hiring a part-time Associate Banker for Dearborn Heights and surrounding areas. The Associate Banker represents the Chase brand and culture by combining friendly, attentive service with banking solutions and financial technology. The role contributes to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted client relationships, and sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients pursue their financial goals.

The position includes welcoming clients to the branch, helping manage lobby traffic and appointments, providing account services and opening accounts, educating clients about everyday banking and self-service technology, and supporting branch operations. The Associate Banker must comply with applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming branch environment by providing attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Help clients with day-to-day banking transactions and demonstrate technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals and deliver seamless service.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
