About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the brand and its culture by providing friendly, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients achieve their financial goals. The role contributes to branch success through client service and branch operations. The position is at the San Marcos Branch in San Marcos, California. It is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act; an employment offer is contingent on JPMorganChase’s review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients by greeting them, attending to their needs, using a tablet to manage lobby traffic and the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
