About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help provide customers with a positive shopping experience and support sales at the store. Associates work in a team-oriented, energetic retail environment, help maximize sales, and contribute to the company's continued growth. The workday may include assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and selling shoes. The role involves an active retail setting, including running around and climbing ladders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Must be fun, outgoing, hardworking, and driven.
• Interest in current fashion trends and shoes.
• Ability to communicate comfortably with people.
• Preferred qualities include enthusiasm, dedication, teamwork, self-starting initiative, and motivation to contribute to goals and organizational success.
