About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals.

The role includes greeting and assisting clients in the branch, managing lobby traffic and client meetings, servicing accounts and opening new accounts, helping clients use digital and self-service banking options, and performing branch operations. All work must comply with applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen to clients, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share relevant product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals and provide seamless service.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
