About The Position

Weber Shandwick is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join their B2B Digital Marketing team. This role is essential to the success of integrated campaigns, supporting the team in executing marketing strategies for major B2B clients. The Associate will gain hands-on experience with campaign coordination, data reporting, marketing automation, and content development, offering a significant opportunity for growth in digital marketing skills. This position is based in their Baltimore office on a hybrid schedule and is part of the agency’s South business unit (Atlanta, Baltimore, Washington D.C.).

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in the digital communications or marketing industry; agency experience is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including demand generation, lead generation, and email marketing.
  • Basic understanding of or exposure to MarTech tools (e.g., Marketing Automation, CRM, CMS) and analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Detail-Oriented: A commitment to delivering clear, precise, and accurate work, from data entry to reviewing deliverables.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, integrated team environment.
  • Proactive & Eager to Learn: A passion for digital marketing, a curious mindset, and an openness to learning and growth opportunities.
  • Time Management: The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work well in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day management and execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns, coordinating with creative, media, and account teams to ensure deliverables are on track.
  • Help compile and analyze campaign data, review performance deliverables, and contribute to reports that track progress against client goals.
  • Support project logistics by maintaining project trackers, updating status documents, and coordinating the delivery of assets across teams.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client landscapes, and actively participate in team brainstorms by sharing fresh ideas.
