Requirements

Professional member of the Washington State Bar
Up to 3 years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
Experience with hearings, depositions, and arbitrations

Responsibilities

Manage full case lifecycles, argue motions, and navigate complex litigations with supportive teamwork.
Take full ownership of the case lifecycle, from initial assessment to resolution. Your diligent management skills will keep cases on track and ensure all deadlines are met.
Work seamlessly with a team of skilled attorneys and staff. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate will contribute to our shared success and uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence.
