About The Position

We're growing, and we're looking for a driven Associate Attorney to grow with us. You'll step into meaningful work from day one — drafting motions and briefs, conducting deep-dive legal research, representing clients in court, and collaborating closely with senior attorneys on complex criminal and DUI matters. This isn't a document-review role. You'll be in the room, at the table, and in the courtroom.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school with bar admission
- Active ABA membership
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Sharp analytical thinking and a talent for negotiation
- A team-first mindset with genuine commitment to client outcomes

Responsibilities
- Draft contracts, briefs, motions, and legal documents that move cases forward
- Conduct thorough legal research and translate it into actionable strategy
- Represent clients in hearings and legal proceedings
- Partner with senior attorneys on case strategy and client counsel
- Negotiate on behalf of clients — and litigate when it counts
- Maintain accurate client records and case documentation
