The team represents innovators in shaping California's future, including developers of large mixed-use communities and key players in energy and infrastructure development. They also work with regulators and legislators to shape policy that supports California's housing, energy, and infrastructure needs. The role involves managing a sophisticated pipeline of high-impact land use and urban development projects throughout California, including R&D Hubs, Urban Redevelopment, Housing Innovation, Data Centers & Digital Infrastructure, Utility-Scale Renewables and Transmission, and Decommissioning projects.
