About The Position
Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's rights law firms with offices in CA, NV, IL, MI, OH, GA and FL, is seeking an Associate Attorney for our Kennesaw, GA office.
Requirements
- Licensed in the State of Georgia to practice law.
- Comfortable appearing in court and the ability to appear on time consistently using your own method of transportation.
- Multi-tasking and strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for a high volume case load.
- Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Additional licensing in other states (SC, IA, MO, KS, NY, NV, NE, ID, CA, WA, OR, AK, HI, NC) is welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review Summons & Complaints, Judgments, Settlement Agreements, Discovery and other related documentation.
- Draft, review and file any necessary motions during the course of litigation.
- Communications with Attorneys, Employers and consumers as necessary to resolve accounts/suits.
- Review Lawsuits on new and ongoing legal pleadings and documents.
- Review and appropriately request coverage where necessary for all court calls where an Associate will not appear including the attachment of all necessary documents for the attorney’s appearance as well as any orders necessary for the requested coverage results.
