About The Position

Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly (“MOODK”) is seeking experienced attorneys to join their team in the Manhattan, NY office. This mid-sized, regional firm specializes in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation matters. They offer a challenging opportunity in a flexible, collegial, and collaborative environment with meaningful work that can expand professional experience. The position can be filled in a full-time remote, hybrid, or onsite capacity.

Requirements

• Current and active NY Bar membership in good standing
• Up to 7 years’ litigation experience preferred, preferably in NY but open to all candidates with relevant skills
• Superior written and oral communications skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis
• Familiarity with Case/File Management systems

Nice To Haves

• The ability to track billable hours strongly preferred
