About The Position

Wilner & O'Reilly, APLC is hiring a full-time Associate Attorney for its Sacramento office. The role offers an opportunity for an attorney to grow their career at an established immigration law firm. The Associate Attorney will work closely with the Managing Attorney, independently manage a caseload, build relationships with clients, and collaborate with attorneys and case managers. The position focuses on immigration court advocacy and representing clients whose lives depend on the outcome of their cases; it is not a paper-pushing role. The ideal candidate is passionate about immigration law, eager to grow professionally, and ready to make a meaningful impact for clients. The attorney will work full-time from the Sacramento office.

Requirements

• J.D.
• Active California bar membership in good standing.
• Spanish fluency sufficient to advocate for and communicate directly with clients.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including motions, briefs, and in-person arguments.
• Organized, responsive, and accountable.
• Comfortable with court appearances and oral advocacy.

Responsibilities
