The Associate Attorney - Litigation is responsible for prosecuting litigated personal injury matters by executing disciplined discovery, medical and expert development, and trial preparation to maximize client recovery while protecting firm risk and reputation. The mission is to move cases from litigation transfer through resolution by executing strong discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation in close partnership with leadership and legal support teams.
