About The Position
Associate Attorney – Debt Collection & Creditor’s Rights. Orlans Law Group is seeking a recent law graduate or newly admitted attorney to build a strong foundation in litigation and creditor’s rights. The company is committed to helping you grow and offers a collaborative team environment with support from day one through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar (or pending admission)
- No Disciplinary Actions in last 10 years.
- Must be able to cover court appearances within Pennsylvania
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and comfort learning new legal tech platforms.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Represent clients in hearings across Pennsylvania with guidance from experienced attorneys.
- Build relationships and provide clear, professional support to clients.
- Stay current on legal developments to support case strategy.
- Organize and manage files to ensure timely execution.
- Learn the art of settlement and negotiation with real-world practice.
