About The Position

The firm is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Orlando (Maitland) office to practice workers’ compensation defense. Associates work closely with partners and senior associates, receiving active mentoring, client contact, litigation training, and guidance on client development. The firm seeks an eager attorney who will learn to master the litigation process, anticipate case needs, take ownership of cases, and develop an individual caseload. The firm emphasizes training and promotion from within, with a Director of Associate Advancement supporting career progression. The average time for an associate to earn partnership is five years. Compensation is commensurate with experience, with packages ranging into six figures, and monthly bonuses may be earned. The position is full-time and in person. Background checks are conducted on prospective employees.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Florida Bar.
Bar license required.
Strong communication skills.
Bright, hard-working, and eager to learn.

Nice To Haves

Zero to five years of experience is preferred.
