About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its New Haven, Connecticut office. The role is suited to an attorney with 2–5 years of litigation experience and an interest in medical malpractice defense. The associate will have the opportunity to work on health care and casualty cases in a team-based, collaborative practice that provides meaningful client interaction and opportunities to contribute to practice growth. The attorney will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates and is not expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial immediately. The firm offers hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting to support development toward full case management. Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills are valued and refined within the litigation groups.
