About The Position
Small civil litigation firm in downtown Seattle is looking for an Associate Attorney with at least five years of experience in civil litigation. The applicant must be capable of handling cases throughout the litigation process with supervision. Experience with motion practice is essential. The position will be responsible for civil litigation cases.

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients in your office to discuss legal issues and to devise litigation strategies
- Research cases by interviewing witnesses, reading depositions, reviewing evidence and speaking with the client to determine the best strategy for their legal matter
- Draft motions and other papers.
- Conduct discovery.
- Depose party opponents, experts and third parties
- Attend all hearings on behalf of clients and argue in support of motions and papers.
- Conduct hearings and trials as required
- Assist clients with executing settlement agreements
