About The Position

CAN Community Health is looking for an Associate Attorney who is passionate about serving the needs of individuals impacted by HIV, Hepatitis C, STI's, and other infectious diseases. Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility for admission) to the Florida Bar.
  • 2-5 years of experience, or a strong demonstrated interest in healthcare law, health policy, or life sciences.
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass a Level I and Level II Background check.

Responsibilities

  • Advise healthcare stakeholders on a wide range of corporate, transactional, regulatory, and operational matters.
  • Engage in significant work involving healthcare transactions, academic medicine, clinical research, and the use and commercialization of health data.
  • Support a broad healthcare practice, including: Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance, Transactional & Corporate Matters, Contract Drafting and Negotiation, and Health Data & Innovation.
