About The Position
Clausen Miller PC seeks an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of New York AND New Jersey litigation experience in first-party property and liability coverage. The associate attorney would work underneath a Senior Partner on each case assigned. Candidates should have excellent academic background plus reading, writing, communication and attention to detail skills. A hybrid schedule is acceptable.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of New York AND New Jersey litigation experience in first-party property and liability coverage
- Licensed in New York or New Jersey
- Excellent academic background
- Reading, writing, communication and attention to detail skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses
- Assist with the discovery process by administering depositions, issuing interrogatories and reviewing documents
- Perform legal research
- Make court appearances
