Associate Attorney - Litigation

Requirements
- 4–8 years of litigation experience
- Active Colorado bar license
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and consistency
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
Nice To Haves
- Experience in commercial, or real estate litigation is a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized case docket and consistently meet all court, client, and internal deadlines.
- Draft, review, and finalize motions, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence
- Provide structured legal analysis and practical client guidance
- Take and defend depositions
- Contribute to trial preparation and case strategy and participate in trial
- Communicate proactively with clients and team members regarding case status and deadlines
