About The Position

Lewis Brisbois, a full-service Am Law 100 firm, is actively seeking a litigation associate attorney to join its Wilmington, DE office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of matters, including the defense of lawsuits involving professional liability, directors & officers liability, and employment practices liability. The ideal candidate will have two (2) to seven (7) years of civil litigation experience and should have experience managing all aspects of discovery, as well as outstanding research, brief writing, and oral advocacy skills. We are looking for candidates who want significant responsibility to handle court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and case files independently. Admission to the Delaware Bar is required.

Requirements

• Two (2) to seven (7) years of civil litigation experience
• Experience managing all aspects of discovery
• Outstanding research, brief writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Admission to the Delaware Bar
