Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in commercial and/or general liability litigation
• Admission to the state bar of Virginia is required
• Ability to communicate with both clients and colleagues in an effective manner

Responsibilities

• Legal research
• Drafting of pleadings, motions, and other documents
• Taking and defending depositions
• Representing clients in mediation
• Drafting and answering discovery requests
• Trial preparation and trial assistance
• Communicate with both clients and colleagues in an effective manner
• Local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions
