Requirements
- A professional member of the Oregon State Bar
- 1 - 5 years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
- Experience with hearings, depositions, and arbitrations
Responsibilities
- Manage full case lifecycles, argue motions, and navigate complex litigations with supportive teamwork.
- Take full ownership of the case lifecycle, from initial assessment to resolution. Your diligent management skills will keep cases on track and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Work seamlessly with a team of skilled attorneys and staff. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate will contribute to our shared success and uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence.
- Use your legal acumen to devise and implement strategic solutions that protect client interests and achieve optimal outcomes in litigation.
