About The Position

We are a reputable and forward-thinking mid-sized law firm located in the heart of Newport Beach, California and we are seeking a talented Business Law Attorney to join our accomplished team. As an integral member of our business team, you will handle a broad spectrum of cases ranging from business transactions and litigation to entertainment law. From inception to resolution, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in court. This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth, as you will collaborate closely with experienced partners and have the opportunity to take on challenging cases.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
At least 2 years of business litigation and construction experience.
Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions
Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members.
