Overview Asset Management Associate Analyst helps maintain the technology inventory for the hospital. Under the guidance of IT Asset Management leadership, this role assists with asset management control procedures and policies and is responsible for maintaining an accurate picture of current and deployed inventory. Associate Analyst evaluates tickets and emails received to ensure prompt customer service and support end users with requests for IT technology assets. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree No Experience necessary / On-the-Job Training or
  • HS diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years experience in inventory, warehouse systems, technology asset management, or related roles.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors tickets, emails, and requests related to technology inventory and related issues to resolve issues.
  • Supports the maintenance of accurate technology inventory from procurement to retirement.
  • Provides support for the IT asset management team operations.
