Carnegie Hall seeks an Associate, Artist Training Programs (ATP), to provide administrative and operational support for young artist programs within the Weill Music Institute (WMI), Carnegie Hall's education and social impact programs arm. The ATP team manages three national youth ensembles (the National Youth Orchestra of the USA, NYO2, and NYO Jazz) bringing more than 200 teenage musicians and over 60 faculty/guest artists together each summer for intensive training and concert activities, including national and international touring. In addition, workshops and master classes in a range of musical disciplines from hip hop to jazz to classical vocal music are produced by the ATP team throughout the Carnegie Hall concert season to provide opportunities for young professionals to work with and learn from world-class artists. A particular focus of this position will be alumni relations and program activity across the more than 1750 past participants in the NYO programs. The Associate will join a team of five and will be expected to bring a positive, collaborative, and flexible professional attitude to the workplace. Some weekend and evening work is necessary based on program schedules.
