•$22 - $41•Onsite

About The Position

As an Associate Artist, Game Capture, you will create high-quality gameplay capture and visual assets for Activision’s marketing initiatives, including trailers, cinematics, gameplay features, social media, and other marketing needs. You will learn and apply the in-game tools, development systems, and capture workflows used to create these assets while building the creative and technical judgment to contribute confidently across a range of projects. Within this role, you will independently execute assigned gameplay capture sequences and direct contained scenes with limited oversight. You will partner with a Capture Lead or Manager on complex, narrative, stylized, or long-form work, contributing to shot planning, scene development, and execution. Success means making sound creative and technical decisions, solving problems quickly, and delivering work that is visually strong, on-brand, and production-ready. At Activision, “Capture Director” is a project role, not a job title. In this role, you will use the in-game tools, development systems, and capture workflows used to create unique marketing assets, with access and capabilities similar to those used by game developers at our studios.
