About The Position

The Associate Analyst is responsible for supporting data and reporting functions through the development and maintenance of dashboards, data preparation, and routine reporting. The Associate Analyst supports reporting and analytics functions by producing accurate, consistent data outputs. This role focuses on building dashboards, preparing data, and maintaining recurring reports to support operational performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Data Analytics
Full time (80 hours per 2 week pay period)
Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Onsite in Cape Girardeau, Missouri

Nice To Haves

Experience with Power BI for dashboard development
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query and data manipulation functions)
Opportunity to work hybrid after successful completion of training.
