About The Position

The Associate Analyst - Retirement Plans role supports the administration and delivery of Total Rewards programs, including retirement-related initiatives and employee support activities. This position helps ensure accurate program execution, maintains employee data quality, supports reporting needs, and assists with communications related to Total Rewards offerings. The role works closely with team members to deliver a positive employee experience while supporting compliance, operational excellence, and program effectiveness. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, customer focus, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Requirements

Experience supporting benefits, retirement plans, total rewards, HR operations, or a related function
Experience maintaining employee data accuracy through HR systems, data validation, and data cleansing activities
Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting program administration, reporting, and employee inquiries
Proven analytical thinking skills, including the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential solutions
Demonstrated accountability and ability to consistently follow through on responsibilities and deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with employees and internal stakeholders
MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to the team and help ensure timely administration of Total Rewards and retirement-related programs.
Maintain accurate employee information through HR systems by performing data validation, auditing, and cleansing activities.
Support non-routine transactions by applying established program policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Deliver administrative support for day-to-day Total Rewards program operations and employee-related processes.
Generate and distribute recurring weekly and monthly reporting used by the team to monitor program activity and performance.
Support the development and distribution of employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, retirement programs, timelines, and policy changes.
Monitor and manage shared team inboxes by researching and responding to routine employee inquiries and requests.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve program execution, maintain compliance, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
