About The Position

As a Health Policy Implementation Associate Analyst, you will support the implementation of a program designed to improve chronic disease prevention and management for Medicare beneficiaries with chronic conditions. Working closely with senior project staff, you will contribute primarily to stakeholder engagement, application processing and analysis, recipient onboarding, and technical assistance activities. You will help develop recipient-facing communications and training and technical assistance materials; support outreach and engagement activities; and assist with tracking, synthesizing, and responding to recipient needs throughout the model lifecycle. This position offers significant opportunities to build expertise in implementation science, health communications, and federal program operations while working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. The role is ideal for an early-career professional interested in health policy, program implementation, communications, and healthcare innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, health policy, public policy, or a related field, plus 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong written communication, organization, and project coordination skills, with experience developing reports, presentations, training materials, communications products, or other client-facing deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of project tasks, including stakeholder engagement, application processing and analysis, recipient onboarding, and technical assistance activities.
  • Draft, edit, and maintain recipient-facing communications and technical assistance resources, including e-newsletters and other electronic communication, frequently asked question (FAQ) documents, guidance documents, onboarding materials, tip sheets, and virtual event content.
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and documenting virtual events, such as webinars, office hours, and other stakeholder engagement and technical assistance activities.
  • Support recipient onboarding activities, including preparation of orientation materials, training resources, and user guides about Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) systems and reporting requirements.
  • Track, organize, and analyze stakeholder and recipient inquiries; identify common themes; and contribute to the development of updated communication and technical assistance materials.
  • Conduct background research, landscape analyses, and information synthesis to support stakeholder engagement, communications, and technical assistance strategies.
  • Collaborate with project leadership to develop high-quality, accurate, and user-friendly deliverables.
  • Support meeting planning and follow-up activities, including agenda development, note-taking, action-item tracking, and preparation of summary materials.
  • Contribute to project management activities to ensure deliverables meet CMS and Abt standards and are completed on schedule.
