Defined Benefit plans, also known as pension plans, provide a predictable retirement income. No prior pension experience is necessary, as training, mentorship, and hands-on experience will be provided. The role involves working with large datasets, analyzing business processes, supporting client projects, and collaborating with internal teams. You will gain exposure to retirement operations, technology, project management, and consulting, while developing analytical and professional skills. The position is within Fidelity's Workplace Investing Defined Benefit Operations organization, which is the largest Defined Benefit (DB) recordkeeper in the US and has been a trusted provider for over 30 years.
