Under the supervision of the Information Systems Clinical and Business Applications Manager, the Associate Ambulatory Clinical Analyst supports assigned Epic clinical applications and works closely with clinical, operational, and Information Technology teams to optimize healthcare technology and workflows. The Associate Ambulatory Clinical Analyst analyzes clinical workflows, data, reporting requirements, and technical issues related to Epic applications. This position assists with designing, building, testing, implementing, and maintaining Epic solutions that support Unity Health Care's operational and clinical needs. The analyst provides Tier 1/2 application support, assists with system upgrades and enhancements, resolves end-user issues, develops and maintains system documentation, and collaborates with stakeholders to improve clinical workflows and patient care delivery. The position requires strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to translate clinical and business needs into effective technology solutions.
