About The Position
Redfin is hiring an Associate Agent in Veneta, Oregon. This role is suited to new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility. Associate Agents work with customers on their own schedules and earn a flat-rate payment for each field event, without needing to close transactions. The role involves working remotely in the field, with no office visits required. Optional educational services are available at no cost. Requirements
- Hold a real estate license in the state where the work will be performed.
- Be willing to affiliate the license exclusively with Redfin.
- Have a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be willing to obtain them.
- Be willing to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
- Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the market.
Responsibilities
- Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections.
- Set working hours and control workload.
- Work with customers in the local market, with customer opportunities especially on weekends.
