About The Position

APR Consulting Co. is seeking an Associate Advisor, Integrated, a mid-level role responsible for supporting the management of advertising production across broadcast, online video, social content, post-production, and VFX. The Advisor supports clients through production workflows from brief to delivery and helps build and maintain relationships with client and agency contacts while partnering with senior team members and internal teams. The role provides production guidance, supports budgeting, scheduling, bid review and negotiation, vendor assessment, and collaboration among creative partners. It also supports post-production and VFX oversight, helps clients and APR teams understand production technology and AI workflows, and contributes to operational reporting, savings validation, and internal knowledge sharing. Success includes providing reliable guidance, supporting integrated production projects, identifying process improvements, maintaining client relationships, and helping deliver efficient, well-managed engagements.

Requirements

5–10 years of deep experience producing video content for an advertising or production company, such as as a line producer or executive producer.
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Working understanding of VFX programs, technology, and AI workflow solutions.
Outgoing, collaborative, and diplomatic interpersonal style.
Ability to impact and influence others on critically important projects.
Knowledge of union crew labor, SAG rules, and regional market rates.

Responsibilities

Support cross-discipline interaction on projects with assigned client and agency groups.
Vet production vendors for quality and value, and support negotiation of agency and vendor bids.
Attend scoping, pre-bid, and strategy meetings to help align creative, schedule, and budget.
Enforce client policy, production guidelines, and best practices.
Participate in Animation and VFX budget discussions and bid negotiations alongside broadcast subject matter experts and agency producers.
Review Animation and VFX production specifications, schedules, and budgets for accuracy.
Educate clients and APR teams about advancements in production technology, AI in production workflows, animation, and VFX.
Identify opportunities with clients to leverage and repurpose creative assets using emerging technology.
Stay up to date on AI in post-production, especially in editorial, VFX, and workflow solutions.
Support the capture of APR savings according to established methodology and validate final job accuracy.
Collaborate with the team and participate in cross-team knowledge sharing.
Enter and validate project information in APR’s Acero database, including savings, KPIs, and cost drivers.
Participate in internal subject matter expert discussions and contribute to case studies.
Help build and maintain client relationships and support day-to-day client engagements.
Identify potential problem areas, find solutions, and support efficient production and risk management.
