Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Strongly Preferred
  • Life and Health License- Preferred (Vertis will handle getting this for you before you start, if necessary. We'll look into the Series 65 later on.)
  • 2+ years of experience in the financial industry is a major advantage
  • Ability to communicate impactfully with clients, advisors, and staff
  • Significant familiarity with financial markets and a crystal-clear understanding of the advice process
  • Ability to maintain an organized, proactive view of client needs and objectives
  • Thrives under pressure in a high-stakes, deadline-driven environment
  • Mastery of Effective and Efficient Time Management

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and anticipate client needs daily, providing rapid, top-tier service.
  • Play a vital role in new acquisitions, supporting Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers, Accountants, and Attorneys.
  • Expertly organize and maintain complex calendars.
  • Help, prep, and execute essential financial planning paperwork with zero errors.
  • Review and compile thorough account reviews.
  • Document the CRM system with meticulous detail on all client communications.
  • Actively help build and foster a robust client referral system.
  • Attend high-profile client events.
