Expedia's Consumer Payment and Cash Accounting (CPAC) Team is seeking an Associate Accountant. We are responsible for the accounting and analysis of Expedia's worldwide cash receipts and consumer payment methods arising from merchant transactions. Introduction to the Team Our Corporate Functions are made up of teams that support Expedia Group, including Employee Communications, Finance, Traveler and Partner Service Platform, Legal, People Team, Inclusion and Diversity, and Global Social Impact and Sustainability. The Consumer Payment and Cash Accounting (CPAC) Team plays a critical role in Expedia's financial operations. We account for and analyze transactions from global consumer payment methods (credit cards, installments, gift cards, loyalty points, etc.), record and analyze treasury activities (investments, hedging, intercompany), and reconcile cash receipts using payment processor reports and internal systems. Our team supports projects related to consumer payment methods that enable Expedia's global growth and provides essential support for quarterly and annual SEC audits. In this role, you will:
