This is an entry level position within the Lease Acquisition Marketing Group that supports Account Managers in researching oil purchase and competitor economics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration or other related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven analytical skills and proficient computer applications knowledge.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Detail and deadline oriented.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support to the Account Managers.
  • Prepare economic analysis.
  • Communicate and track nominations.
  • Interface with trucking, accounting, division order, and support customer service.
  • Frequent communication with customers to maintain relationships and resolve issues.
  • Assemble and present marketing data to both internal and external customers.
  • Perform accurate administrative functions and work effectively with all departments within the organization.
  • Extensive customer communication either in person or by phone.
  • Special projects as required.
