This is an entry level position within the Lease Acquisition Marketing Group that supports Account Managers in researching oil purchase and competitor economics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration or other related fields, or equivalent experience.
0 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven analytical skills and proficient computer applications knowledge.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Detail and deadline oriented.
Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical support to the Account Managers.
Prepare economic analysis.
Communicate and track nominations.
Interface with trucking, accounting, division order, and support customer service.
Frequent communication with customers to maintain relationships and resolve issues.
Assemble and present marketing data to both internal and external customers.
Perform accurate administrative functions and work effectively with all departments within the organization.
Extensive customer communication either in person or by phone.
Special projects as required.
