About The Position

The Associate Account Manager supports delivery of utility-sponsored energy-efficiency programs for commercial and industrial (C&I) customers within an assigned territory. Acting as CLEAResult's on-the-ground representative, this role helps business customers and their contractors identify, pursue, and complete energy-saving projects that qualify for utility incentives and rebates. This is an entry-to-mid-level account management role, well suited to someone early in their energy efficiency or client-facing career who wants to build technical program knowledge, customer relationship skills, and utility-program expertise. The Associate works closely with a Senior Account Manager and program staff, taking on a growing share of the account portfolio and project pipeline as they develop proficiency, with a clear path toward a full Account Manager role.
